Who is 'we' whoever you quoted that stupid statement from is saying it. Nobody here cares. Truly.

MVP that he had no business winning and a finals appearance in the weakest conference ever lol
Neither are his fault. Those are still both accomplishments on his resume whether people thinks he deserved them or not.

But again, based on that logic, just about everyone that plays in the NBA is an undwrachiever.

Most don't win wings
Most don't win a single award.

I don't understand what Melo was SUPPOSED to be that he never lived up to

People saying AI didn't deserve MVP are probably in the same camp as those who think Rose shouldn't have won.

But how are you going to give the, "Playoff Successs" edge to Iggy when his role on his playoff teams (that mattered) were extremely smaller roles than what Melo had to take on with his teams?

That makes sense to you?

Most NBA players I'm sure would love to win a ring and he has done that.  Like I said, it's equal, but I can understand the argument he's trying to make.

Iggy's Finals MVP is no different from Kawhi's if you ask me as well.
Media was mad at LeBron.

LeBron should have won
Award was Dwert's or Lebby's
Has nothing to do with the media when the Heat were projected to top 72-10 at some point lol.

I'm not understanding some of the logic being used here.

The Media was mad at the DECISION.

To punish LBJ, he didn't win the MVP.

And I am sorry, you can't honestly believe all rings are created equal.

Bulls were 4 games better than a team that was projected to win 60+.  If LeBron truly deserved that MVP, at least have the #1 seed in all the NBA with the roster he had.

Never said that, but both Kawhi and Iggy had a 3-4 games stretch to win the Finals MVP award for them.

Heat roster was trash besides Bron, Wade and Bosh that first year. Bulls had the deeper team 1-10.

Rose carried that damn team thru multiple injuries man . Yall always forget to mention that and it's the biggest reason he won mvp

Nearly everybody played 82 games in the rotation except Noah and Booz that year.

Biggest reasons he won were because he was the best player on the best team in the league and it was a great story.

You say that as if Noah and booze were end of the rotation players . They were both starters, Noah played 48, boozer 59 and rose kept them rolling to be the best team over the super Heatles. That injury narrative played a huge role in it. Also I think that heat team went on close to a 20 game win streak so it's kinda revisionist to assume the bulls were just a better constructed team.

Edit-12 game win streak

I'm not saying Noah and Booz were non-factors, but the Bulls were constructed to withstand injuries because they had a deep team and Thibs was not going to allow them to use injuries as an excuse to not win.

Dwight should've got the MVP anyways to me.
