Anyone have a rule book? Pretty sure this is an offensive foul.

Nah, he's just trying to pull Thomas' shorts up

Technically, Giannis should have been called for 5 seconds back to the basket... but I'm not expecting them to make that call in the clutch like that.

Plus the Knicks deserve it for playing Lance Thomas 38 minutes.

I watched the clip and counted and that actually wasn't 5 seconds. they could've called 3 in the key on melo though

If the Knicks have a disastrous January, it's really interesting to see what happens with Melo...

He's pretty difficult to move cause of the no-trade clause but does he really want to never have a chance to even make the playoffs again? I think he's pretty content being here, getting his 25 shots and a fat paycheck but it should be interesting to see what happens cause it is in the best interest of both parties to move on at this point.

There is a team in their division that he could help a lot I think...

Melo for A. Johnson/Jerebko/J. Brown...

Not sure if Boston would do it but I think it might be worth a shot for them.

I. Thomas
Bradley
Crowder
Melo
Horford

That's a pretty dangerous crunch time lineup.

Melo likes living in NYC, he isn't moving.  Maybe LAC, but I'm not even sure he would do it.  Meanwhile what would the Clippers have to give the Knicks that really makes sense?  They needed to make this play last season when Melo was still playing well.

Melo isn't going to wave his NTC so it doesn't even warrant discussion.

Realistically, where would he go that's a better situation than the Knicks for him personally?

He's still the unquestioned leader here, in the media capital of the world, getting max money and his family is comfortable here.

that lineup would be food for any team with decent big men.. Melo can't defend 4s.

Knicks are dumb for even giving Melo A ntc. Basketball isn't about winning and I guess he draws fans so I can see why they did. Not everyone cares about winning. Basketball not that serious to the majority of nba players

Now that would be a really good team if the Celtics could pull that off. I have to think the Knicks would ask for at least one of the Celtics starters though like Crowder. And they'd probably want Smart too.

A better situation for him would be somewhere where he can be second or third fiddle and have a chance at winning a ring. He will still get his money. We know he is all about his money from the trade to ny in the first place and the then uncertainty of the cba.

That's your view though, Melo has had the keys since his trade to NY, he coulda already left for greener pastures.

If it didn't happen then, it's not happening now.

Melo can stay in NY, let KP continue to blossom into a star and have some playoff years with him, finish out his deal and ring chase after.

January is going to be a tough month. Should have not let that Bucks game slip a few days ago. Didn't get a chance to see the game last nights game yet.

Coming off a game last night and heading into Houston, it's not going to be pretty tonight.

Fixed.

Yeah we're stuck with Melo unless he has a magical change of heart and dips.

Normally I wouldn't mind cuz let's be honest knicks arent winning **** either way

But I see Kristaps picking up some of his bad habits on offense

If you're gonna stick around please try not to rub off on our future

We don't need him thinking a few jab steps and a long contested jumper will get things done.

Isn't it in New Orleans this year? Mardi Gras that **** up. Cmon man there are HS jerseys that look better than that. FUBU couldve done a better design.

My point was dejavu. KD took the worst thing about OKC which was the lack of ability to get a stop when needed, killer instinct or ability to close, and installed it in a well oiled machine. They're just a prettier OKC now, with no edge. This is the Cavs year.

What the hell are you talking about? You're just trying to find any reason possible you can put them down. They're still the best team in the league. I do not care if they blew a 13 point lead in Cleveland. Nor do I care what happened in the last three games of the Finals last year, that was a different team than this one. They are absolutely nothing like any OKC team ever. If any of your OKC teams were like this Warriors team KD would still be there and him and Westbrook would have some rings by now.
GSW last year or this year?

I rest my case

They are so suspect.
They feel like an old OKC team who jut moves the ball better.

Well, maybe if OKC moved the ball with Westbrook and Durant things would have turned out differently. The Warriors had 30+ assists for the 25th time this season. Rest of the league has 6 games.
Yea what does this have to do with the price of tea in China?

point was, besides kd being on the roster, they're literally nothing like any okc team ever. or Seattle if you wanna be picky.

through 4 games of the WCF last year, OKC was that team. KD and Russ moved the ball and got all their role players involved. once it went back to GS for game 5 they reverted to hero ball

still can't believe that **** happened

Same here.

Dipo is the perfect 3rd banana that OKC needed if Durant stayed this year.

Melo is content being exactly where he is.

Ehh, yes and no.

I think he signed with the Knicks mainly for the money. He obviously likes being in NY, he's with his family etc. but I don't think he is actually very happy with Phil or the organization at all.

When he first signed that deal, it was with the idea that he would grab the money, give the Knicks a couple years to try and turn things around and if not, he could go elsewhere.

They aren't going anywhere and things probably will only get worse from here on out.

I doubt it ever happens as well sadly but I wouldn't be surprised if he eventually asks out this summer.
