ive been waiting 3 years for boogie to get traded to use him in 2K on whichever squad he goes to cause i cant take the kings serious even in a game

Hate that Trevor left. Fellow Westchester High Alum.

Anyone know why he left?

Ariza's agent, David Lee, began talks with Lakers General Manager Mitch Kupchak asking for around $7 million to $8 million a season. The Lakers were offering Ariza about $5.8 million a year. The two sides agreed to continue talking, with the Lakers telling Lee to get other offers and to come back to them.

The Cleveland Cavaliers and Houston Rockets were very interested, but neither team could offer Ariza more than the Lakers offered.

Meanwhile, the Lakers made the same offer to Artest, who quickly accepted, agreeing to a five-year, $33.7 million deal.

Stunned and disappointed, Ariza then signed with the Rockets for five years and $33.9 million. "Of course I was upset," Ariza said. "But there was nothing I could do about it."

He won a ring with the Lakers that year so he's stock went up, he left for money that something that laker fans don't like to compare with Lebron leaving for less money to win rings because they say they weren't the same caliber of player ... and their right LOL

Your crazy Rudy Gay plays like LBJ with an elite Jumpshot in every 2K since he came into the league.. WCS, Boogie, Gay, hell even Mclemore.... you could eat well with those guys in 2k.

I'm not gonna hold you but there's about a 75% chance that if a role/bench player is super nice in 2k they will eventually become servicable in real life. whiteside with his ratings in the 50's/ low 60's was still good in 2K

But that's how the modern league is of today. Lebron started all of that. KD just handled it in a more professional way. He weighed his options. He informed his old team of what he was going to do prior to announcing it and then did it. If SA/LAC would've put out OKC and he then proceeded to go join either of those teams, would the criticism still be the same?

Exactly. People acting like he took flight right away. He signed an extension, he played it out. That's a contract for you. No hate against Oklahoma City but if I'm in my 20s, I would much rather go live in the Bay.

Absolutely.

All had great players. That difference you mention is the thing though. He could waited it out. As best player in the league, he was starting to carry that torch.

Just like players are joining him now, he only needed to be patient. He only had to get past Boston and they were on their way out.

Realistically, who knows for sure if OKC would ever get over the hump of beating GSW as currently constructed.

how are you debating lebron on what his intentions are lol
this is a new level of low for lebron haters

Lebron is debating himself. I don't remember a single article/quote at the time of him taking his talents to south beach saying he joined Miami to beat Boston. If you can find one let me know. I'm simply saying that wasn't what he was saying at the time. Everything was about the ring, and multiple ones.

this notion that kobe magic mj and bird did everything by themselves is crazy lol
they also played with talented teammates man

Who said that? Or even insinuated that. You making up faux arguments defending ya mans.

they were already winning 60 games a year
I remember him trying to recruit amare bosh and boozer that summer but nobody wanted to come.
OKC had gsw 3 games to 1 they could've easily beaten them if KD showed up in game 6. but like I said I can see ypur point

But their GMs made them superteams, not players conspiring. Which is such a slave mindset sounding *** argument. People just mad guys are taking control over their own careers/lives and making moves, like they have to wait for D Whiteman to trade them somewhere.

No dudes aren't mad at people taking their own destiny, However when your ranking up amongst the GOATS it deserves to mentioned that during a time where people were starting to call LBJ the best player in the League, & giving him insane praise for making these players "better" he couldn't win at the highest level. So instead of just adding Good AS caliber players he teamed up with a guy who was top 5 in the league at the time & added another top 10-15 guy on top of that in a conference that was already weak.

It's def something notable when your comparing the careers of All time greats that's it. it's like dudes don't want to Criticize LBJ at all.
