Legit check on 2016 jordan 1 banned size 9

This came with a receipt from Hibbett sports with the right date on it.

All the leather on the shoe is nicely cut and the shoe bags look right(note i added tape to it because it was starting to dig into the plastic. 

The dates on the shoes aren't the same which is odd to me, but they are only 2 days off from each other.
 
Tongues look off but everything else is good. Just a manufacturer error if anything. Legit.
 
Yeah I noticed that a little too. Is this a common error for the ones? The other day I was browsing in footlocker and saw tongue issues on the AJ 1 Ying yang pairs. Same size shoes but with different spacings.
