Brandon Ingram’s been spending a lot of time working on/fine-tuning his shot w/LAL’s staff. Focus on the release, really breaking it down.

Fox has the broke jumper of those 2? His is 1000% fixable. Tell Lonzo to shoot a pull-up :nerd:

You can count on one hand the guys who came in with a broke shot and ended up having an effective one. Especially at the PG position.
Westbrook
Conley
Wall
Bledsoe
Parker
Lowry
Kemba

All came into the league with reputations as bad-underwhelming shooters and have improved rather substantially.

16/6/4 for this season for BI. That's a huge leap in the scoring department and a decent uptick in reb and assists. I'm most excited for his improvement defensively and that sweet stroke coming to fruition.

The biggest improvement I want out of the roster as a whole is defense. Don't get me wrong, Ingram, Zubac and company scoring more points at a higher FG% is great but unless we start playing defense. The majority of our defense have a 112 and below defensive rating :x

what do you guys think BI stats going to be this upcoming year?

Interesting question. I'm thinking 15/6/3

My biggest worry with him is that he won't gain the weight he needs to gain....a la Tayshaun Prince or Shawn Bradley
It's not a given that he'll bulk up or put on 20 lbs....some dudes just can't

I see Ingram Avg 17/5/5 towards the end of the season if was very aggressive. If he does improve his body and FT I don't see him avg no less than 13 a game.

15 6 3 sounds right...has anyone heard about him gaining any weight yet

Zupac shot lookin broke AF :smh:
I see you Larry. Stroke lookin smoother.

Still awkward position of the ball in his motion tho, it looks like it would take way too long to release his shot during in game speed.
Needs to develop aN off the dribble jumper instead of just set shots imo

Re-watched the UCLA v Michigan game and the first game against Kentucky. (plan on watching most of their big games)

I can't see how someone could love Lonzo and hate Dlo. They have a lot of the some issues- Zo doesn't penetrate as much as he should and settles for jumpers, throws a lot of nonchalant passes/general over passing and he's not a good point of attack defender. He also never really plays "fast", he uses his passing ability to increase the tempo but he usually plays at a deliberate pace similar to Dlo.

I love Dlo's game so this isn't a knock, but they are really similar. The difference is he's a much better athlete, so I think he'll be able to penetrate more and be able to finish at the rim eventually.
