**LA LAKERS THREAD** Sitting on 17! 2023-2024 offseason begins

Clarkson starting for Lou tonight (rest).

Kinda dubious on the Russell-Clarkson-Randle trio, but good test as any tonight.
 
I'm fine with GS running through these boys right now. More so, happy with the fact they are still competing on every play. Not giving up. Still going playing D and trying to slowly climb their way back into the game.
 
About the only positive out of this game was Ingram looked more comfortable.
 
I know moral victories don't mean **** in pro sports but to be down by 30+ to the Warriors and only end up losing by 5 showed heart.

Not pretty by any means, but proud.
I know it's just a preseason game and the warriors let the foot off the pedal, but that was a lot of energy especially from TRobb.

I'm in the upside down dimension because I am getting fooled into thinking Swaggy P is a better starting SG next to D'Lo than Clarkson and Lou.

If he continues to play the defense he has been then it wouldn't be an outlandish take at all.

He looks good so far, if he keeps up his effort why not? :lol: I like Clarkson off the bench for some reason, could be a great spark.

Yeah I can't believe I typed it out.

Swaggy would offer the size that Clarkson and Lou don't, and if he could be bad on defense instead of deplorable then it makes sense. He wouldn't dribble dribble dribble like Clarkson and Lou. He would just shoot. :lol:

Puke even said in the game vs the Warriors the ball moved less because Clarkson was inserted into the starting line up.

decided to google it, turns out its just specualtion on what the lakers could do with yi's creative contract come december

hes due to collect 8 mil in bonus  if he plays in 20 games
