I really hate this world, and scared to bring kids into it

At 10 yrs old i knew right from wrong, and my parents didnt have to tell me not to pick on kids, or pick on special needs kids.

They deserve juvenile life At the very least.

10 today isn't the same as 10 when most of us were growing up. These kids are exposed to a lot more information, and they are much smarter than we were so age isn't an excuse. At 10, the most basic child knew right from wrong and going to such an extreme only meant that child was some kind of a "path". Sociopath or Psychopath.

These kids need to be punished to the fullest extent of the law point blank. Age don't mean **** in a case like this. They took advantage of this boy knowing he was special needs. They should feel the punishment for their actions.
