Was my shoe autographed by Kobe?

Picked up the Kobe X Vinos for $7 from the local thrift (PADS). I could tell they were worn once so I took out the insole to wash it. I noticed this scribble... can anyone identify what this is or was it just a marking by a factory worker?

Thinking they might have been won as a prize by whoever donated them to Goodwill but honestly, I am not sure.

Edit: The other shoe has something similar... a signature looking thing with "35" beside it.
