agreed.. already looks better than Brewer...

man I wish we still had Beasley instead of Ennis and kept Prigs.

Nene/Beas/Harrell bench rotation with Prigs/McDaniels/Dekker

When bev comes back does Pringles move EG back to the bench then? really loving the pairing of Harden and Gordon

We need a legit pf I feel

when Ryno was getting boards instead of forcing and jacking up threes, he was more valuable.

nthat.gifHarden, EG, Ariza, Anderson, Capelanthat.gif

Beverley, KJ, Decker, Harrell, Nene

Much more valuable. He's actually good in the post and when driving. He shouldn't limit himself to just being a slower and taller Kyle Korver. We need those extra rebounds badly since Capela is basically the only guy getting boards, and Nene has never been a rebounder anyway.

While ennis does look bad I really don't mind the trade to much because of the potential. Beas is definitely the better player right now, but he was probably going to leave next year anyways. Also money did a good job finding Kyle and goran when they were relatively unproven players. Right now ennis does look pretty bad, but hopefully he can round out into a solid backup if nothing else
post #65 of 1058
He also gave ish smith and Garrett temple their first real oppertunity to play so I'll give morey the benefit of the doubt on this one if it doesn't work.

Feel the same, which is why I'm not totally against Ennis. I guess I'm being pretty impatient due to teh fact that this team is pretty behind anyway, and you can just see other guys around the league developing and contributing faster (including guys the Rockets either had, or could have had).

I'm waiting to see if this team will have a dark horse emerge. We all know what James Harden can and will give you on a night to night basis, but who is going to be that complimentary player or players who can be trusted to make consistent big plays when the opportunity arises. With this Houston team it just feels like it's James Harden and then everybody else.

There is so much front court potential and to see one of the young guns emerge would be a lovely sight as well.

you know what, you are def right.. it was worth the gamble with Ennis. Truth be told, he's still young and theres a lot of improvements to be made.

On a different note, we are a +9 underdogs against cars tonight, i believe we'll cover that spread and win this game, who's with me? :hat

Cavs won't be caring too much about the game (indians game tonight as well) and it'll be an offensive minded game with no defense at all

Let's get this W and start the road trip on a positive note!!!!

This would of been a easily winnable game but we kept missing free throws and then finally turned up with 3s in the 4th QT

Missed FTs plus two really bad stretches too us out the game. The one possession when Capela missed a lob layup, then made a bad pass led to a run of 9 points for the Cavs. Smith and Shump also hit those timely annoying threes. Even Lebron hit one that put them up 5 at 117-112. Sucks we let that one get away especially on a back to back.

Nene out tonight (for real this time). So that should logically give Harrell the go-ahead.

Glad all this and adjustments are happening in the beginning but of the season with a new coach and players. DAntoni will be able to know what's what later in the season with lineups and bench

Said it in the NBA season thread already, but all those easy baskets Harrell and Capela for could easily have been Dwight if he would have just looked in the mirror and accepted what he is at this point.

Great game tonight and they pretty much kept their foot on the gas the entire game. Loved the played of Harrell, KJ, and Dekker. Gordon needs some love too. Great all around game and we need more of that type of play.

Best all-around offensive player in the league for sure. I think he might have surpassed LeBron this year. 3rd 30-15 game this year already

Didn't even know we had a thread. Checking in :hat

Welcome pimp.gif. Yeah easily looking like it and if he has an off night offensively I think he'll put up like 20-25 assist if Gordon and them boys are hot in that offense.

Yea you can't just leave that type of production stranded on the bench. Capela is going to need breaks til his conditioning is up to par, so Harrell could be the perfect compliment. Hes undersized for the center position, but he plays bigger. Terrence Jones would be getting getting worked even though he's the better offensive player.
