They did and when I argued they said there was nothing they could do. Their tracker even showed that they delivered it to the corresponding complex but they said one of my neighbors took it. They even talked to the driver and he was unsure where he delivered the package. Your best bet is to keep calling them and keep checking on your claim. I would also try to escalate things with management. I don't like USPS.

If my Santa is in here I will post when something shows up but if it says delivered before I post hit me up usps is super unreliable by me. No tags and they can't leave anything at my door since I am in the middle of down town Baltimore.
 
Got a PM from my secret santa. Package delivered monday....it isn't here....another USPS nightmare...here we go :smh: calling them today to find out what happened. The tracking says front/mailbox. Which means it was basically on the corner of a busy street in Baltimore...assuming stolen.

USPS is super reckless during holidays

Smh same thing happened to me, keep calling the post office. The package showed up eventually but it was a hassle
 
Every time I call usps it says "closed"
I called 1800 ask usps

Is there a better number or call the local post office?
