2016 Banned 1 Legit Check (Need help with a 2nd pair)

Hey guys just bought this pair off eBay, so I'm a little skeptical. Paid about $315 for em. Shoes were already laced up when I supposedly bought these "brand new", so I should return em off the strength of that. Not too good with legit checks so I figured I'd ask here. Thanks in advance guys! Let me know if more pics are needed.

Legit nothing alarming most likely he just laced them up. Lace bags, qc stamp on the box correct color deep red. You may of bought them for a steal at $315 note that the left shoe has excess white tire like threads sticking out....probably just a Nike quality issue.
 
Appreciate it guys. My worry was because I was comparing these to another 2016 pair that I grabbed in a different size...and they're not the same. Now I'm sitting here thinking this second pair's the suspect one. The QC stamp is on the side of the box instead of the lid this time (not sure if that's normal). This 2nd pair's clearly got a lighter shade of red than the first pair I showed you guys. But here's a side by side comparison of the two (1st pair's the right shoe, 2nd pair's the left):

Honestly man, i think they are both clean and completely authentic. I actually have the exact same thing going on where ive doubled up on a sz 10.5 and there is clear color variance between the pair.

My guess is that this is likely due imperfections in the leather tanning and dying process. Not sure if the same holds true for Jordan Brand but high end leather brands always state that there might be differences between products.

Finally as for LC on images, there are actually only a couple things ive started looking for and these look good. Fakes still havent gotten the alternating black/white stitching on the inside of the tongue right. Id be even more sure if the R and D are touching at the bottom corners on the wings logo.
 
Legit..shape is correct on both..don't worry about the shades I hav 3 pairs on one of them they are darker...and the different shades is already a known fact

Im late but they're both legit. Darker shades of red is normal for the shoes. Also, doesnt matter where the QC stamp is on the inside of the box. Only if it were spaced would mean it is sus.

So one last question. The leather on the 2nd pair (the lighter one) DEFINITELY feels more smooth than the first pair. Like the first pair feels a little grainier and not as soft. Should I be concerned?
 
Mostly likely quality control with the leather plenty of flawless and flawed pairs floating around these are legit tho

Probably just different leather.
