Nike Jordan retro 12

I purchased a pair of Nike Jordan retro 12 today for my daughter upon checking out I asked about the military discount mind you this is the 3rd pair of Jordan's I have purchased today I was told you can't get a discount although I have in the past I'm just trying to understand the policy. I contacted the corporate office for finish line at first she stated it's based on the manager discretion okay but honestly I don't really know asked if there was a manager I could speak with waited on hold for 10 minutes for her to come back tell me that the jordans retro 12 $140.00 +tax = $150.50 does not qualify for the the military discount and that if I have gotten a discount before it was someone who didn't know the policy can anyone explain this nonsense to me my husband have served his country for over 37yrs and he doesn't qualify for a military discount.

it all depends on the person behind the register. For example when the metallic 5s drop I wantd one but won 5 raffles each store I went to I asked them. Do you give military discount? Some said no this is a limmmmitted release. Other said just log in ur info. I did 4yrs in the military. The only way I can get the discount is by being active or retired. So I told the dude I said can I get the veterans appreciation he ask for my id, showed him my veterans hospital card he then said no. U need a special id. So I moved on to the other store she said yes on veteran appreciation show my id and I bought it.


You need to either sign up online or go to a big major store . Like in ny manhattan 34,42 u go to the small store they try to hold stuff for tey friend so if they stop u from buying.


Or u can try to get a disciunt and then pay retail. And then take the shoe to another store that customer service friendly and tell them I forgot to get the discount

I just want to return the item unless u offer veteran appreciaton
