Yup. It's not necessarily because of Nike... it's really because of the chip readers and not being able to do the manual input with them I think. 

Sucks majorly because we all scored --- Nike and us.

I place a phone order last week for Bred AJKO during F&F after someone posted a pic in here n saw they had my size

Phone orders are a store by store basis. You really just have to call and find out if a store is willing or not. I've placed phone orders on places with chip readers and some places with no chip readers wouldn't place a phone order for me. Definitely YMMV.

There's no way for a chip phone order. Liability lies on Nike for taking chipped cards without using the chip reader.

Most stores have opted out of phone orders because they want you to come in and use nike assist. There are a few that still take phone orders with gift cards but most have ceased.

Decided to take a ride out there. They still had some Columbia (Legend Blue) 11's, mostly 8's & 8.5's, 1 10 and that was pretty much it.

Alternate 4 on hash wall
Alternate 12 - FSR
Black Toe 14 - sold out
Alternate 7 - 2 pairs left behind register, didn't check sizes
 
Rehoboth beach Nike outlet:
