Common returned to music recently, with the release of his title track from his forthcoming album. "Black America Again" features the legendary Stevie Wonder, although it was actually the second song released from the album, preceded by "Lovestar" with Marsha Ambrosius and PJ. Today we get a look at the rest of the album's tracklist and the accompanying features. There's quite a few, although most of the artists joining him on wax are singers as opposed to fellow rappers.

Common enlists Bilal for three records on the album, and PJ for two. BJ The Chicago Kid, John Legend, Syd and more are also called upon. Take a look at the tracklist below, the cover art above, and pre-order the album on iTunes. It's expected to be released on November 4th.

Just from reading and hearing what other people are saying about it, it's probably on par or better than The Dreamer/The Believer, and right behind Be & Finding Forever. His last album was cool, but the production left a lot to be desired

This **** is powerful man.
Shame its being slept on so heavy :smh:

It's weird. I was looking for it on Google Music this morning, and it wasn't even on the New Releases. I had to search by artist to find it. Not sure what that was about...

I just looked again, and it's there. You should be able to find it no problem now.

This is Common's best work since "Be". This album may be better or as good as Finding Forever. I give this a 4/5 rating. Really good album with some very good tracks! I have been bumping it a lot since it dropped. This has been a disappointing year for hip-hop albums but Com delivered on this one.

^^ Really?! I didn't care for either of those albums maybee 3-5 songs on each that I liked. This is a much more complete body of work in my opinion

Anything that is conscious, positive and uplifting gets slept on. It's truly a mf'ing shame too.

Gon have to check this out. Outside of the new ATCQ album, haven't checked any music lately since I don't have the time but yall reviews got me intrigued.

Finally got around to listening. Very good album. Very on par with Dreamer/Believer. It's better than Nobody Smiling off the first 2 songs alone. Nobody Smiling had like 4 good songs and a bunch of filler. This one you can pretty much play all the way through. Joy & Peace, Home, Pyramids, Unfamiliar, A Day The Women Took Over, and A Bigger Picture are the biggest standouts for me. He's rapping his *** off on the whole album, especially Pyramids.

Wish the Black America Again Remix had already been done and included on here though, that's a gem.
