REQUEST: help ID'ing vintage Nike running shoes

Came back to NikeTalk after years away because I know it's probably the only place that can really help me out with this.

Do you know what these are?

I've endlessly Googled every possible combination of "Nike Zoom Air running racing flat road marathon flames vintage" to no avail, and nothing comes up from any possible version of that hard-to-decipher style number on the tag.

Got these at an outlet years ago, wore 'em maybe three times, and now I'd love to sell them but I have no idea what they are. Any help or even good guessses would be greatly appreciated...

I found them with about 3 mins of my own googling ...these look to be 2003 Air Streak Spectrum plus
