How fix scratch Nike vandal jetstream

Sorry if this is in the wrong section, I need to know how to repair these awful scratches... the scratches turned into cracks and paint coming off... don't know how repair, they are Authentic Nike Women's Vandal High 315057-062 Jet Stream

do i have to paint over it i cant find this color? tips on repainting or somthing i like these shoes lol

also, how the hell this happen?
