Mother Teaches Her Son A Lesson in "Tough Love"

I hate Trump's campaign and everything it stood for........but that was disgusting behavior by the mother.

Publicly shamming a lil kid for a decision he doesn't fully understand, and that is inconsequential. :smh:

wow well ur entitled to ur opinion

i find it refreshing that she takes such an active interest in her childs education

as far as her reaction, i think shes entitled and justified
Contradiction much? How can you say someone is entitled to their own opinion, and then say this child's mother's anger and public shaming of the child is justified when he voted to for someone, who in his opinion, was the right candidate? So the child's opinion doesn't count?

Nothing about this is justified why couldn't she sit him down and educate him on the matter in private like an adult instead of taping it and just yelling "you gotta go" without explaining to the child why she didn't approve of his vote.. Oh I know why, because in private she wouldn't get any likes or "good job!" comments from her friends on facebook, which is what she really is seeking.

They say she is under investigation now..Good for her

like i said previously, how do you know she didnt sit him down and talk to him?

the childs opinion? that supporting a racist is ok? nope not in her house

maybe she put it out there for other parents and kids to see

maybe other parents are experiencing this too

and just so you know, cps unfortunately was called but guess what? they did nothing

no removal of the child, no court case, no nothing

how she chooses to parent is how she chooses to parent

Still doesn't make it right famb

She is bullying her son over nothing.
it's not right but who are we to tell her how to teach her values to her child?

what do you think these white people tell their 11 year old daughter's what they will do if they every bring a black boy home for dinner...?

That's fine, but i think it is morally right to tell someone not to abuse their child, especially if it is for attention on social media.

Also what some white people do, or do not, tell their children is beside the point; comparing this behavior to that of racists is setting the bar pretty low.

Hmmm..To put something out for other parents and kids to see you say? Since you seem to think she sat the child down and had a very mature and well spoken talk to him about it, why not record that and put out for other parents and kids to see? What good is putting out a video of you yelling at a wailing child? How is that educating anyone? And once again, you seem to only think others are entitled to their opinion when it's convenient to you. And I said she was UNDER INVESTIGATION, I didn't say she was charged or actions were taken..It's obvious the child won't be removed, but now she's been flagged and that's satisfying enough for me. So if she ever wants to do something to seek attention using her child again, it may not work out for her..

What about that video will help educate anyone on anything?

Ol girl probably gets all her political info via memes.

She was probably thinking this wouldve gone viral and gotne-props. This whole social media attention is just sad nowadays. But who knows

Oh and based on the vid imo shes hella wrong for this. As a parent you should be teaching them about these types of things rather than lashing out smh idc if she was joking, this is gona stick with him for a while

my whole thing is how do we know she didnt talk to him beforehand?

maybe she did and he still voted for trump

maybe she sat him down, explained the importance of voting, researching candidates, the democratic process after this learning experience

Theres two sides to every story. His father may have taught him different
