Mother Teaches Her Son A Lesson in "Tough Love"

I'm guessing the mother did the video for e-props. It's a tough lesson for the child to learn but a lesson he needed to learn either way. There's consequences in voting for Trump.

you really think her silly as sat down and explained to little why voting for him isnt in his best interest.

Hmm maybe I'm missing something, or just assuming wrong.

But I don't think she's teaching him a lesson for voting for Trump, because obviously it doesn't matter.

But it seems like he made a sign for school to troll and be funny.

His Mother found the sign or maybe the school called her and told her what he's doing.

So now she's just messing/scaring him. I could be wrong though.

But this is NOT Child Abuse, not even Child Neglect for "kicking him out the house"

Video is wrong on so many levels. At that age, how does he even know who Donald Trump is?

Got an infant running around in diapers, 2 older kids confused out of their minds. This is not funny at all.

Nah you can tell he gets abused cause when she gets close he starts flinching. Don't normalize this man :smh:

not necessarily true. My daughters do that any time I raise my voice. I tell them, "when do I go around hitting you, why you get scared"

I didn't want to paint with a broad brush.. my bad. But she clearly has issues with him beyond Trump.

I heard she's being investigated so hopefully the boy gets help.

Don't normalize this? You think this is rare? Come on, I know y'all know better than that.

It's definitely not rare. There are plenty of children who are abused. There parents just aren't dumb enough to show the world.

Kid got verbally abused cause he voted in a fake election.. that's not normal.

I hate Trump's campaign and everything it stood for........but that was disgusting behavior by the mother.

Publicly shamming a lil kid for a decision he doesn't fully understand, and that is inconsequential. :smh:

I agree wholeheartedly. And I'm convinced they don't talk politics in that household. At that age and until a
older I pretty much parroted my parents views, that can't probably doesn't know ****.

Do these parents NEVER open up social media and see similar stories that result in the same outcome?

I love it because people come up with all kinds of nonsense assumptions about the parent.

Bad judgement and execution on her part.

Shame on everyone else for jumping to these dumb conclusions.
Almost as as worse as the actions she took to teach her kid a lesson.

I do wish POC, esp. African Americans were more acceptant of alternate, less violent ways of disipline...

From what I know, which is SOLELY based off the video, she's an awful parent. What's so bad about saying that?

in his world he did tho

if the logic is he doesnt know trump from a hole in the wall, then the school should be educating him on the candidates, the process etc since the school is conducting them vote

if the logic is that he should be free to make his own choice, then it should go without saying as her child it is her prerogative that he is raised not to support racism/sexism/xenophobia

if the logic is that she shouldnt put it out for the world to see, then that is contrary to real life and the evil of the silent majority we just saw unleashed. support for trump should be rightfully ostracized

the problem stems from trumps support legitimizing white supremacy as a valid political/social message

Because you know absolutely nothing about her and her family.

This clearly wasnt the best choice of parenting but lets not jump to conclusions and think she's an awful parent.

People calling her a terrible parent probably the type to let their kids scream in the store for some skittles

She's dumb as hell for doing that but that's not child abuse come on dog

I've been kicked out of the house (deservedly) several times for doing some evil @#$@ as a kid  That is in no way child abuse. Dudes calling it abuse HAVE to be American born white people that would call the cops if their mom ever slapped them. This, however, is just attention seeking behavior from the mom. Zero need to do this in the first place, since dude is 10 years old and can easily be taught better, and zero need to post this all over the internet
