Only way we'll make any noise this season is if Severino can live up to his potential and become a + pitcher and we make a deal for a ace at the deadline.
 
Im internally panicking about losing Dellin after the season.

They better offer that man $9mil a year and incentives for more based on IP, All star games and amount of holds + saves he has.

This may hurt ya too but what if we were to trade him by the deadline?

I'm going to be furious.... We've loaded up the ranks in the minors.....

You have something great up in the bullpen, just paid Chapman a **** ton of money.... What good is it if you don't have Starters or Middle Relievers in the pen to get to him?

Agreed, I want to keep Delin. But if the arbitration meeting is any indication of how his future pans out here :smh:
 
Hated trading Miller, but okay I get the necessary evil of it at the time. Got trading Chapman because they knew they could get the prospects and sign him back.

But then to trade Dellin or let him go even if he's pissed, you throw the money at him to make him happy is just bad management. And again proof why this team is an 85 win season ends after 162 franchise.

They already said he's not worth closer money. His agent and his team surely won't forget that
 
Love the young guys we have so far coming through the ranks, most certainly disappointed in how management has handled the Dellin issue. My favorite player too :smh:
