Legit Check my Shattered Backboards please

I purchased these earlier today from a local shop in VNDS condition. Posted a photo on Reddit and everything was fine until someone said the swoosh looked off. I was hoping to have a second opinion on the authenticity of the shoe. from what i can tell besides possibly the swoosh being off everything else is perfect.

Bump and some more info

So I measured the distance between the tip of the check and the start of the black lace portion. It turns out the side that I pictured above is slightly lower than the rest of the sides. Is it possible this is a factory defect? Or does this mean that these are 100% fake?

this is the other shoe swoosh is slightly higher and nothing is off
