Charlotte was THIS close to having NBA All Star weekend flow right into CIAA weekend.

I grew up in South Mpls, in the city. I lived downtown Orlando for 10 years. I now live in O4W Atlanta. Ain't you from that whack *** city Charlotte?
I travel a lot. Been to NYC, LA, Chicago, Houston, New Orleans, etc etc 10+ times.
I'll happily rank women by state for you.
FL > TX > CA > everywhere > NY > all Midwest.

Will be taking a trip to San Diego within the next year. Don't even know if that has anything to do with this thread, but I've never been, and have never heard anything bad abut it other than the Chargers.
But to answer the actual question, Houston, outskirts of Houston, and Atlanta based on my 4 day visit there way back.

I grew up Fort Lauderdale, FL, lived in ATL 2 years for college, visited Houston and a couple other cities in Texas, AS far as black women go, TX > ATL > FL
Now, I'm not attracted to white women or latinos but if you included those races, maybe. But when it comes to Black women, Texas, Georgia craps on Florida. Again, I'm a born and bred Florida Boy. D.C. and Detroit also has some of the prettiest black women I've encountered.
