Kiss and Nas going in. Black hoody and timbs music

One of the best hip hop songs ever

Styles went off on here

The Warren and Nate sample. Kiss skated on here. Nate with the hook :pimp:

X and Kiss :x :x :x they emptied the clip

And it's other good songs on here. To this day I don't get why people say this album wasn't good.

We Gonna Make It
Crusin'
Knock Yourself Out
Keep Ya Head Up
It's Time i See You

:pimp: :pimp: :pimp:

Crusin' is probably my most played songs from that album. Wasn't really feeling Show Discipline and Jada's Got A Gun much, but those 6 tracks got enormous play from me

Cause people are **** suckers and immediately want to run with what everyone else says. "Kiss never had a good album" is one of the stupidest things said in rap.

To answer OP's question.....the album wasn't "bad", just didn't meet EXPECTATIONS for his first album. Also, too many forgettable/unnecessary tracks on it.

Not a classic but joint had plenty of bangers. Bumped this all the time on my disc man in HS. Yea im old lol.

Jadas soph album was a disappointment but had few good joints.

Solid debut but didn't meet the expectations we had for him. Also no reason to have 21 tracks, way too much filler

It's his best album and it's good. There was just so much hype for it and it didn't deliver. It's a good album but too much filler. Could easily remove 6-8 songs

I was JUST thinking about it. Like others have said, it wasn't a bad album, just underwhelming given the buzz. Overall it was solid.

Thought it was ok. Not stellar. Not bad either.

Album isnt very cohesive imo. Couple solid joints here and there tho.

Too many throw aways for this to be a solid album. Not to mention, kiss ain't the best song writer either.

Just doesnt hold its own when compared to the work of jadas contemporaries...

This. If you cut it down to 15 tracks it's a great album.

I think you're using the word "great" a little too loosely for this particular scenario champ, even with 15 tracks. I think the album would and could be seen as very good if that were to have occurred but GREAT is a stretch.

In regards to Jada and how his career turned out or what it could have become somebody on here awhile back said it best. You want a hot verse....call Jada, you want a hot album....call somebody else.

These.
That album was severely underwhelming, the entire industry was waiting 2.5-3 years for a Jada solo, and it got delayed atleast once if not twice.

For the type of solo albums he tried to make, he would've been better off staying with Puff.

Still bump this album a lot but maaannnn that None of Y'all better! Styles verse always makes me rewind it that last bar is one of my Fav lines ever

there it is.

his initial hype was huuuuuuuge, so when it was just cool instead of instant classic, people held that rep with him not making classics since...not to mention he spent so many classic quotables on mixtapes...

lol

ALL jada albums are subpar.

thats not just some rhetoric that has gained traction over the years, thats what it is.

what has gained traction tho is the notion that bruh 's top 5 DOA which is impossible in my book if you dont have a solid LP to your name.

jada my mans but he is a mixtape rapper straight up. def jam shoulda let him put the champ is here series straight to retail
