First wedding as a couple: Tips? Vol. Shorty a bridesmaid

First off, I don't like weddings. It's a waste of time in my opinion, and mad extra. 2nd of all, I'm not trynna hear this "what about us, when are we doing this" ******** either. But shorty a bridesmaid in this jumpoff so I have no choice but to go and show support or whatever.

Any tips on handling this treacherous situation? In a setting where the only person you know is your girl and she's a bm? Also, don't the BMs sit up with the bride during the recession? So I'm about to be chilling dolo during the whole joint? I'm already mad. Anyone ever been in this type of situation? I got a month and a half to get my mind right

1st tip: Depending on how long you two have been together, don't ever succumb to pressure from your girl in regards to making the next step. Weddings always bring out that pressure.

2nd tip: Your girl will probably be at the wedding party's table until after everyone has eaten. After that most people will be on the dance floor, taking pictures, etc. At that time your girl should be with you for the rest of the night, minus photog opportunities with the bride and other bridesmaids.

3rd tip: If there's a open bar, drink up...........unless you're driving.

4th tip: If you know someone at the wedding, hang out with them until your girl hangs out with you. 

5th tip: Just try to have fun.
 
You over thinking it fam....just show up and socialize b....is not that hard, weddings are really fun.

Pro tip: don't start smashing the bride months after you see her in the wedding dress looking like a fake *** princess, no matter how thirsty she is. Even if you never get caught, it's just a bad move.

Drink but don't overdo it. People watch. Sucker watch actually.
 
Enjoy your time, be social, and make sure to congratulate the Bride & Groom on their special day.

Just think of it as another date with your girl and don't make it seem like a big thing.

I attended this chick's wedding years back. A year or so after, she hit me out of the blue and we started talking. Long story short, I slipped on a banana peel and fell in the p not long after. That's all I'm gonna say though. I feel bad for doing her dude like that. He never knew, but old girl was out there bad... meeting me all over just to swallow bus loads of kids.
