Would you entertain a Juelz comeback?

it doesn't, but it has sensibilities that da south can understand.

"make it rain" in retrospect doesn't sound like a south record either...its a way NYC can keep its characteristics and still be played outside da tristate market.

That's fine. Don't have a problem with that at all but I think it's extremely lazy and misguided to equate a record that pops from NYC as a "south record" that record has NYC DNA all over it but like you said it's a fresh take on it that can be played anywhere

yeah ive come to peace with da type of rap i used to love never poppin on a wide level again, outside abnormalities like da young M.A. beat...

All the way up sounds nothing like a down south record.

Soon as I hear those horns I picture a 90's NY drug dealer hopping out the Jeep.

i've been waiting for it since tha tslight hit he had w chris brown a few years ago

even moreso after god willin song w wayne

even MORE so after he's been dropping hot **** here and there

he could have been capitalized on this 2000's nostalgia

Take that male dej loaf biter off if it.Then give me a hook/chorus from Juelz. It wouldve been better that way to me.Dont try to school me on the biter.First time i heard him.I knew what it was.I dont knock anybody's hustle. But when you flagrantly make a carrer out of biting someones entire style. Its a no go for me.I dont care how successful that artist becomes.Everytime i hear him i think of Dej.Thats why i cut him off asap. Its like listening to Crazy or Guerilla Black.Juelz verses are A1 though. That sample was well done to.
