The leather looks legit, it doesn't look artificial and doesn't have artificial wrinkles. Also, check the back side of the suggested retail tag just in case, if it is yellow, you are screwed. If it is white, you are good.

Really it should be white? All of other 1s are yellow though

After further review, the first pair is fake due to the Nike Air tag, the medial panels, and a number of other reasons. The second pair is legit, there is nothing wrong with it. Medial panels are straight, R and D connect.
