Landed an LAX security gig. Pay is about 16 an hour, which is the highest hourly rate I've had thus far in my young life. It's not a career, but it's a step in the right corner for gaining that experience and climbing up. This is my first decent paying job.

What were ya'll first big or decent paying job?

Valet at a small playhouse. I just turned 16 and got paid $10/hour to wear a vest to direct guests into their parking spot. They didn't trust us 16 years old with their cars.

Let me tell you, realness has nothing to do with income.

Real **** lol

My first job was an overnight stocker at wal mart during the summer.

I had the canned goods section.

Bout 3 weeks in i called in and pretended to be my "brother" and said i got locked up. Dude was like "when he gets out tell him to come in"

Nah.

My first REAL job was at burger king, I haven't worked that hard since, and probably never will again.
True. I guess I should've put first job in which you were making a decent amount of money.

I worked warehouse at this paintball shop, I use to play competitive paintball so I loved it.

My first job was at Taco Hell in the mall.
It was me and 5 of my homies and some females too.
Probably the most fun I've ever had working. We used to be lit(both ways)

And we used to eat hella Choco Tacos

Worked at lab doing menial tasks, had to leave because it was 40 hours a week and I wanted to go back to school. Looking back though, I should have bought a few cars before I left.

My first job was working at Mervyns as a cashier when I was 16, they filed for bankruptcy a few months into my time there. Left them for TJ Maxx

Repped. I've stop using the term "real job." As you get older you see more and more how "**** happens" to decent people and they gotta do whatever to make ends meet. What isn't a real job? Don't look down on anyone making an honest living.

My first job was at Footlocker over 10 years ago making $7/hr. Like homie said, haven't worked as hard since but had too much fun.
