Suffering from a chronic illness for almost 3 years with doctors still working on a diagnosis. It does get tiring sometimes having to explain the disease and new developments to everyone. It's always the first thing everyone asks.

Its hard for to me care when i dont know that person, i'll explain better
If something is not affecting me, my close friends, or family then i just dont care, i'll move on with me life, its kind of harsh to say but i'm not gonna pause my life for someone i dont care or never will see.
For instance, the other day a dude jumped in from of the train, i was at the end of the platform so i didnt see it, but while it happen everyone rushed to go over there and check it out,,,, me...... i was tryna find a different way to get to work, it didnt bother me
