The Official Jordan Melo M13 Thread

Not something I'd personally buy for looks, but if they perform I will likely get them when the price is right. I love the M12. Hoping these have a better cushioned heel though. If they do, and they can maintain the great fit, good traction, and the forefoot zoom that feels great from the M12, then I'm in for a pair.
 
I'm kind've tired of all red colorways. Don't know why all these brands keep coming out the gate with all reds for new releases. Crazy Explosive, Lillard 3, Melo 13....just not feeling all the red, I feel like it's an overdone colorway.

Agree.

Also agree they look like those Kobes.

Haven't owned a pair of Melos in a long, long time. Might scoop a pair of these depending on which colorways hit discount this summer.
 
Man Im still balling in the M11s..concrete jungles. Haven't balled in my kobe 11s yet..thought kobe X was uncomfortable. Still need to break in my lebron 13s..I got catching up to do lol
 
Hopefully the heel is softer than the M12. That was my only complaint with that shoe.
 
They should be wider and include lead weights in the heel to match what melo does on the court. Air jordans made you fly, melos keep you on the ground.

SMH, Melo in his 14th season. How many 14 year veterans with a knee surgery in their past can jump? Melo does his thing off skills, strength, and fundamentals at this point. The shoes are pretty damn good for players that can jump though. Lightweight, great fit, and that forefoot unlocked zoom always feels great. Too bad they can't just put some zoom in the heel like this years Hyperdunks too, though.
 
I always felt that if Melo won a title, like CP3 people would suddenly like their sneakers better.

No doubt. Just look at how popular Curry 1's got after they won the title, and then the following season Curry 2's really blew up.
