So to make a long story short, I did a ovo 12 pre order back in July, $2,100 spent. Months of delays because the shoe was delayed but still promised I'd get the shoes. I finally decide I just want a refund after 3 months and promise after promise that it'll get my money but I never do, now the site is down, they won't respond to emails, I filed a PayPal claim and won but because they don't have funds to cover the claim I'm of luck. If anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it. I bought from them because they were a sponsor on this forum, just horrible that it looks like I'm out $2100...

Damn I hate that. Hope u get it fixed but seriously 2100 for those!?!?! Maybe for the 1st edition with the rougher sting ray but thays still out there

Are u serious man? If ur paper long like that maybe u should file a suit against them...sorry to hear that ..thats a lot of money man

I've done like 6 orders from them before and after the ovo's.. I had like 3 pairs ordered which is why it's $2,100... All my other orders before and after went through perfectly but this one delayed cuz I assumed it was because the shoe it self kept getting pushed back... Now I'm left with this bs.. Dude just emailed me and said sorry he's out of the country on a family emergency but said PayPal should make it right.. I told him PayPal decided in my favor but because he doesn't have any money I can't get it sent back... So frustrated...

I paid with my discover card through PayPal so I'll call discover tomorrow and file a claim with them.. They've always been real good anytime I've had an issue so hopefully it'll work out, I'm just worried because it's back from July...

Man thats wack...sorry to tell u man but 3 pairs of an exclusive shoe like this all in one order shoulda been a red flag..hope u get ur money back

Hindsight of course.. But the fact id done multiple orders with them, they were a sponsor of niketalk, I paid with PayPal, I figured I was covered...
