Turning 30 doesn't mean you're getting old.
Applying for multiple credit cards are detrimental, especially the department store cards.
Going to college isn't the only way to become financially stable.
The smaller your circle of friends is the better off you'll be.

Don't sweat the small stuff.
Definitely finish school or whatever training you will need to get where you want in life as fast as you can.
Clothes and kicks are cool but more important is real estate. Chicks like a well groomed guy but they love a guy with money and a good head on his shoulders much more.
Avoid Chicks who seek gratification via social media. It can lead you down a path you don't wanna go.
Don't be afraid to say no.
Always go with your gut.
