Let's assume the company has muslim employees or prospective employees, let's say this guy is or becomes a manager or in charge of any hiring decisions worse case scenario he causes established, or prospective employees to quit / not get hired. That's the worse that can happen, Now let's say he's not somebody who makes decisions and he works with people who is muslim and something happens where he causes problems at the work place which leads to loss in revenue or whatever do you think that's not her issue?
