No I'm pretty sure those are old fakes from when the ogs released. The fakes were available in all kinds of color ways.
 
those are Triiiiiiple OG fakes from when XIV's originally released.

impressive that they're still floating around.

air-jordans.net used to have pics of all them.

these weren't da fake Coolkicks type fakes...these were probably a lil but under grey market quality, i bet da tags on them aren't even jordans but a real 1998 nike from somewhere.

i googled...its da style # for da black toes.

These were pretty much the start of the whole fake craze where you could get Js in any color you could imagine. Back then they called them "factory variants". As stated above, these were probably closer to gray market. Thats why the materials and overall construction is actually pretty close to original.
 
w8 OG fakes dont have nice quality of materials you all know that. this pair have the on point materials... fakes are very noticable back then.... good fake came out like early 2012 
 
watch john manalo vid. for his jordan 14 1999 samples... they have the same foam cutouts..
