15 Years Ago Today, This Masterpiece Dropped

rule to me is forced. they sampled tears for fears everybody wants to rule the world, which on paper seems dope, but in execution seems forced to me.
and amerie wasn't really good on there...there were some alright lines but i didn't really like it. Its like they were counting on that sample so much.

got yourself a gun is good but again its really dependent on the hook. for example made you look is similar in that way but its a better track to me.


just my opinion tho.

again good album, but for me not great/his best.

When this came out i thought blueprint 2 was better

As I revisited years later nas stillmatic is levels above bp2

Theory applies to the nas vs. Jay who is the better mc

Ask me 10 years ago i would say jay z, now my opinion is different... Jay z could never see nas at nas best. Its not even close.

BP2 was butt, as it should have only been 1 disc. Then they put out BP 2.1 and barely put any of the good songs on there.
