In store and online. I copped the Chicago 13s last weekend with 10% off too. I haven't had any issues on Nike with retros being excluded from the military discount. That's more of a champs, eastbay and footlocker problem for me. Also, I got the true blue 3s off champs recently with their 20% off military discount. So I think after some time the exclusion goes away if they're not selling hot (champs, FTL and eastbay)

A friendly FL employee showed me the 8's the other day.
Real nice in person but I picked up the Sequoia's last month and don't need another 8 so quickly.
However, very clean colorway and I thought they looked better in person that in the photos.
