I go through sporadic stints of going to the gym 7 days straight followed by not going for a week. Trying to go 4 times a week all year. What bout the rest of yall?

I became a lazy sack of s*** and gained the weight i lost back and much more (over the course of 3 years).

I was really good at going to the gym losing what i had gained after college. Hooping 2-3 days a week then regular gym stuff 2 or 3 days.

Anyways i gotta off my *** so OP lets do this.

I cut soda a year ago tomorrow. After about 2 weeks i didnt even think about it anymore. Now i want to cut out more junk: chips, candy, juice (OJ is my kryptonite).

• workout again
• cut the junk
• eat more homemade meals
• buy even less pairs of shoes than i did in '16 (maybe 10)
• less time on my phone/computer
• buy a home

Learned a lot of hard lessons this year.
i have no resolutions.take your lumps n bumps ,learn from them and start working on improving asap. Don't wait for the new year .

**** motivation. learn Discipline .

Motivation can get you started but it can run out.
Discipline is doing what NEEDs to be done, regardless of your inclination. Motivation might motor it up a bit, but it WILL fade away, and tying objectives to motivation will sure set someone to failure.

id like to learn a new language.

also, following up after meeting people....im going to try to do that every time. also ...get in touch with people I've lost contact with.

Drink more water

I was in the gym consistently this time last year until I hurt my shoulder. Hopefully I can get back in the rhythm.

I dont usually make resolutions, but for the next year I plan on eating right, excercising more, find a new job, saving money, traveling more

Working out more frequently.

Getting a good raise or finding a better paying job.

Move into a new apartment.

Learn more about investing.

Practice my spanish to be able to speak it fluently.

Travel. Both by myself and with friends. I plan on taking a few weekend trips just outside the city alone.

Take yoga.

Meet new people and make meaningful connections.

Take a few classes for skills that can help me in the workplace.

I want a better paying job in 2017, so finishing my IT certs are priority number one.

Also, I haven't seen my abs in 6-7 years. Before this coming summer they shall flourish

How my year shook out.

I'd suggest to everyone that you write these things down and periodically check in on them to see how you're doing. There are weighted goals on this for me, paying off my student loans carries more weight than buy nicer casual clothes.

2017 will have more Green and less Red ideally.
