Was the ring on the tongue Gold/Orange on the OG and 2011? I like how they made the ring on the Aquas gold/orange.

Gold on both the OG and 2011. At first, I didn't care for it when the OGs first released. But now I couldn't imagine this colorway without it.

Definitely. They might even crack my Top 5. I think it's probably looking like the BM Vs, the BC IVs, the Bred Is, then these which are about tied with the Flint XIIIs.

Count me in for at least a pair, if not two as XIII's are my favorite Jordan and what got me into shoes back in the day.. Still got a pair OG's DS and the pair I have worn aren't too shabby, then add in the pair from 2011 which to me were pretty good all things considered for that era of Retro's and the wife will continue to think I'm crazy for having so many of the same shoe..

That's nothing new to me. LOL. I have 2 OG pairs of these (1 even still DS) to go along with 3 pairs of the 2011 Retro. These are among my all-time top Jordans.
Don't ask me how many pairs of black/metallic Vs I have.

Yet you overlook that the 2011 retro has 2 mayor alterations to the 1998 OGs.
The lining between the pods on the outsole should be light grey and not black. The reflective Jumpman logo on the outsole should be golden yellow and not neon yellow (green touch).
