I'm relatively new to picking up J's. Always been a Kobe guy (grew up watching Kobe, and yes I believe Jordan is better) so I collect kobes. i dont really pick up your typical weekend retro, i try and pick up the more iconic pairs. I'm in on these and the bred 13's.

What was the quality like for the 11' pair? Part of the reason why I stayed away from Jordans 2011-2015 was mainly due to poor quality.

In 98, I would say the white/black toe colorway. Opinion now would be the black/red 3m.

Surprised this thread is so dead. I'm on the dence about dropping the money since the Cooper penny's are dropping and I dont wanna buy to many pairs this year. And of course the black and reds must b had and prob the flynts

I want these and all the other rumored 13's to release, but I have a hard time believing Jordan brand would release all 7 of the OG 13's in one year.

it's a better strategy than what they did in 2015-2016. Dropped 2 og 7s in 2015 ava the other 7s were ugly and wasted away on shelves. Each of these og 13s will sell out even if one takes a couple of weeks

The quality was surprisingly good imo
On another note, I'm trying to find pics of apparel from the OG release. I had a pair of JB shorts from 97 that I copped from NTNY. I had those shorts for a long *** time. I think I got rid of them 10 years ago or so. They were in the cw of the all star XIII. Black with double yellow piping on the side. Man, I miss that pair. The quality was good too.
