Sorry I don't know the exact dates for all five, but if a colorway didn't interest me, I didn't pay close attention to the release dates back then.

It may be just me, but I thought of the Flints as the Georgetown XIIIs because of the colorway. I do remember they released around Valentines Day 1998. I loved all of the colorways of the XIIIs but I wanted Flints bad when they released.

other than the few years where they switched to players wearing the jerseys of their team, the all-star uniforms were usually white and blue, white and turquoise, something like that. so all-star week / valentine's day became the time for the "non-bulls" colorway for a while. columbia XI, obsidian XII, flint XIII, etc would always come out the week of the all-star game, even if MJ didn't always wear the shoe in the game due to having to wear a bulls uniform instead of an all-star uniform in some of those games.

A couple times? How about every single home game except games 3-4 of the finals when he wore the XIVs (I'm including the PE lows as well)

Anyway, these are my SINGLE FAVORITE AIR JORDAN, so I'm in. Still have my OG pair from 1998, two more pairs of OGs, and a 2011 pair. These will be auto-copped, in multiples if they are well done. I know the XIII is one of Mike's favorites, so I hope they do them justice.

I'm just getting back into jordans. Before 6 months ago I hadn't bought a pair since high school. Last pair I bought until recently where XVIS. I keep hearing about the quality issues. I don't see how this is acceptable to people.

I have a pair of Sneaux shoes that I've had for 10 years and wear multiple times a month if not week and they're in great condition still only real wear is the heel from me not untying them.
 
pinoe is the WORST person to get any information from.. he regurgitates information that he reads from the big sneaker websites. he has no connects to anything. all he does is post pix from Chinese sellers .#tool
 
The 13 is one of those models it's hard to mess up. With the exception of color shades and cheaper materials not much has changed. Looks like we're getting true red this time so the shades have been corrected. Hopefully we get decent leather.

i bought a b grade pair from someone for about 150. they look perfect still but are a 9 and too small.

All they have to do is make the exact same shoe again. Nothing was wrong with them at all imo.
 
And while the 2010/11 retro 13 was definitely serviceable compared to many other botched retros from the era, I'm reeeeally hoping they put on some genuine leather on these new remastered pairs, and that the toe is more stubby. 2010 retros had a solid toe box, but a man can dream for even better lol

I seriously doubt we will get that leather. I was playing with my pairs last night and really really noticed the difference
 
I really really hoped for the actual St. John's sample, they gave us the ones with the grey toe, it was close, but still not exactly like the St. John's sample

Leather from up until 01/02 is NEVER coming back. I have already resolved this in my soul

. I'm not wishing, hoping, or pleading. Just give me the best synthetic leather you can put on there and call it a day. Not too many remember what that leather felt like.

I honestly forgot until last night since I hadn't touched my playoffs in like a year or so.
Needed to check for separation and tried them on and enjoyed them a bit (I have issues).
Noticed there was a bit of condensation in the hologram so I checked all of my 13s. That's when I started really seeing the differences.
I am still cool with the latest black toe retro but the cp3 pe and the "samples" leave a lot to be desired
