That 13th documentary is very powerful. I recommend it for everyone. Some parts moved me to tears.

I wanted to vote for Jill stein.. but it would've been a wasted vote, so I gave it to Hillary.

I don't really like either side, but dem's are lesser of two evils to me..

Bipartisanship as a whole ***** over our country.

No way Bill is a "democrat"
He was not progressive at all

Progressives are a relatively new phenomenon. The party used to be way more right-moderate leaning. I mean they called Obama a radical liberal and socialist. The progressive movement may be in jeopardy though with the apathy they displayed this past election that was a big contributor to the situation we find ourselves in.

Bruh it legit made me mad. Had me ready to go out and act foolish.

One last thought on inmate labor. These politicians like Trump talk about immigrants taking jobs. Yet they have no problem with companies getting free labor from inmates. If they gave a damn they'd end that practice and force companies to pay for their products to get made. It's all a big game being played by the rich to exploit the poor and line their pockets.

Truth.

If people on both sides took a step back and analyzed hillary and bills policies they'd realize that their more conservative than liberal. Which was why I was so hesitant to support her.

Bill's 3 strike policy, and welfare reforms destroyed lower class families, especially those that are minorities.

The thing is, If the clintons had always identified and labeled themselves republicans, Hillary would've won this election in a landslide. Probably would've been a 2-term president.

on a side note RE7 is scary as ****

I think Hilary became more progressive but in the 90's when **** went down both her and Bill for sure are moderate are centrist at the most. Many democrats in the 90's where for reasons I stated earlier

13 is serious. I'm not emotional at all, but I was kinda moved by the end. I think most people know what goes on in prison/with the prison systems, but you don't realize the companies/products you use every day are a result of that labor. Also finding out your 13th amendment rights are basically null and void if you're a prisoner

Regardless of what side you're on, I think it's pretty obvious the system is broken on multiple levels.

This. The fact that the 13th amendment the one that "ended slavery" says this
Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.".
Is disgusting. It's a built in loophole to but people right back in slavery and slave labor.
