We're in good shape. The last two seasons have been probably the best back to back we've had in years.

Most of the guys we're interviewing are DC's. Toub is the only exception. Were keeping Whisenhunt and most of the offensive staff.

Season long championship runs or playoff championship runs?

The '07 Giants won every playoff game on the road and were 8-0 on the road that year.
The '10 Packers won every playoff game on the road on the way to their SB win. But they also had to win the last two games of the regular season AND have other win/lose scenarios with other teams in order for them to just get in the playoffs.
The '09 Saints also finished the regular season 13-3 but they also started off 13-0 which is pretty impressive

Seattle is 0-8 in their last 8 games as a road dog

Seahawks are a top 3 offense at home scoring 28.4 PPG there. They are a bottom 2 offense on the road, scoring 15.9 PPG away.

3 games they failed to score a TD

Dallas winning the Super Bowl with a rookie quarterback and running back would be impressive. The road to do that would be just as impressive: Green Bay, Atlanta/Seattle, New England/Pittsburgh/maybe KC.

I'm confident some fans would start throwing out the word dynasty quick too mean.gif

Absolutely.  We're getting ripped since ET went out.  You can't overstate his impact on this defense.  It's going to be very hard to stop Matt Ryan and basically our offense is gonna have to try and keep up.  At least historically the offense has played great in Atlanta...

BTW, here are PFF's year-end offensive line rankings (details here: https://www.profootballfocus.com/pro-ranking-all-32-nfl-offensive-lines-this-season) .  Discuss.

  1. Tennessee
  2. Dallas
  3. Pittsburgh
  4. Oakland
  5. Green Bay
  6. Atlanta
  7. Washington
  8. Philadelphia
  9. Baltimore
  10. New England
  11. Buffalo
  12. New Orleans
  13. Cincinnati
  14. Kansas City
  15. Chicago
  16. Cleveland
  17. Carolina
  18. Houston
  19. Detroit
  20. New York Giants
  21. New York Jets
  22. Jacksonville
  23. Tampa Bay
  24. Denver
  25. Indianapolis
  26. Arizona
  27. Los Angeles
  28. San Francisco
  29. Minnesota
  30. Miami
  31. San Diego
  32. Seattle

Seattle's best ranked offensive line player is ranked 63rd at his position (LG) league wide :lol

How has DeShawn Shead been this year opposite Sherman? I didn't realize Neiko Thorpe was on a NFL roster eek.gif

Just okay.  Certainly doesn't have the playmaking ability that Browner and Maxwell brought to the table.
