In the ti/Floyd thread tho dudes was singing a different tune. Most ****** don't have "boxing hands" but in a street fight they probably knocked alot of dudes out. Boxing and fighting on the street are 2 different things. I'm 90% sure these rappers aren't trynna learn how to box, they are doing it for exercise/conditioning purposes.

Boxing is extremely different then street fighting.
The stance and form will make any new person look goofy as hell.
I know a lot of think your shadow boxing hands are pretty but once you get with a real trainer you'll feel stupid.

We use to strap on gloves and throw hands in the neighborhood but when we went to the rec center and tried to box **** was sloppy and ugly.

There is 0 proof of it. I don't doubt that he use to box growing up, But according to message board Stan's they said he was a golden glove winner than they said he was a runner up in the Jr. olympics.

He was just punching a bag with decent form 
. Nothing about it said damn this dude looks like a pro to me. I got a homie that literally just posted a fb video asking for constructive criticism and he just started boxing a couple mths ago, he look more pro than that.

Ross doesnt even look that bad, hes not off balance like khaled. Ross also was a good defensive lineman in football. He also prefers grappling and would choke out 50
