Why are people obsessed with bacon?

I don't get it, I'm a carnivore. Basically all I eat is meat. I've consumed a lot of bacon in my lifetime but I never found it to be so amazing or great, actually kinda hate it now because it's meh...

So i dont get this obsession where people love bacon, wear bacon shirts, etc etc **** is nothing special. A good slice of Ham>>>bacon

bacon is nasty as hell now... ol overrated oversaturated *** meat 

everything has bacon on it nowadays I hate it

Nutella is what started this crazy food trend crap I swear. Nutella, Bacon, Kale, Siracha. Lord known what 2017 has in store. Probably some basic **** like eggs

Bacon is the Radiohead of meats.

It's good, I enjoy it...but it's also been glorified by a bonehead mass audience to the point where I can no longer associate myself with it.

radiohead past the 90s does not exist to me.



I've never tried bacon on ice cream but it intrigues me.

Depends on the bacon. That thick cut Wright brand bacon is >>>>>>>>>>>> That flimsy struggle bacon is not the biz tho.
