Bring in da National Guard, Stabilize and bring order & peace to these Chicago Neighborhoods that da cops lost control over, and start from scratch building with its law abiding inhabitants.

He doesn't know this probly but most attribute the decline in crime rate during that time period for ALL cities to natural factors or a sort of tipping point theory ...crime reached its height n had nowhere to go but down , every single city had increases in crime in the 80's n early 90's n every single city saw sharp decreases by the 2000's ...all with different strategies n ideas throughout the country , no one strategy especially zero tolerance has been attributed to the crime decreases ...some cities didn't to a damn thing n crime STILL went down :lol: ...I could go on n n cuz kinda subject was my study/focus for a while but I already wasted too much time talking about this in a Ninja attention thread :smh:

Republican ideology is hypocritical at best. They're against big gubment taking their guns because they're fearful of Uncle Sam invading their neighborhoods with tanks, but their ok with these same tanks keeping the coloreds in check,
