Book by Cadillac Subscription Program - $1,500/mon - Porsche = $2k/mon

But can you put the mileage and gas expenses on your income taxes if you using the car for work. ? That would be the only way it can be somewhat of a decent idea but it's hustling backwards.

Son said only 18 times per year.

I didn't mean it like that was a small amount.

I meant it for the dudes in the thread saying they would switch to the sports car for the weekend, then the Escalade for the work week and switch back.

It was to clarify that you can't switch it whips as frequently as the dreamers in this thread are hoping.

cats is getting creative to get deeper and deeper into them pockets.

18 G's a year and you don't OWN anything?

nah.

This is obviously not for the average consumer. For the average family man this is prolly not the move.

For the dude who is clearing 125K + per year after taxes then yeah, this is a real nice look.

Cadillac has a lot of nice higher end models though I'm not certain that anyone would have a reason to switch up 18 times in a calendar year.

Owning whips is overrated unless it's something that'll retain its value IMO. IDK, I used to be of the mind that leasing was the suckers, it's better to own but as I've got older I feel like I'd rather lease and switch up every other year.

Look at everything included bruh, I mean if you own something that already runs about $60K plus, you're looking at a $1K+ car note per month when you include insurance.

That's not even considering tags bruh.

This program is dope.

Im very familiar with leases.

But me, I gotta own it.

I cant rent the dealers car for a few months and think im really doing it.

If I want to throw it on bags, or put some wheels on it, upgrade the brakes, clutch, paint it, tint it, whatever.....I CAN.

Pink slip gotta have my name man.

I aint into buying BRAND new whips either, i'm all about capitalizing on that depreciation, MSRP is a joke anyways.

But im not THAT car guy that always gotta have the newest body style just to feel like im doing it.

whipping a classic > trying to keep up with the joneses.

whip game has levels man, and it aint about the badge, motor size or cost either.

Some cars have a pedigree and a prestige about them casual drivers ain't even keen on.

And lets keep it real, since this is NT, the ultimate flex zone....

If you think your really doing it, its all about the whip game.

Dont care how much jewlery, sneakers, expensive belts, designer jeans or backpacks yall got.

It all come down to the whip. Man ****. Always been a man thing, always will.

the whip is your intro, its like the first thing you see before you hop out.

most the time you got these cats out here with the rarest most expensive kicks, wild expensive designer key chains, 14k 12mm thick miami cuban....either squeezing out my lil sisters 3 series (and I aint even got a sister!) or a dodge challenger....its like bro you just voided ya whole getup...the swag dont match the sweater!

some cats play chess and other cats is playing checkers.

there's most definitely laws and unwritten rules to balling...

but the game is to be sold and you know the rest...

Not really. You should reevaluate your approach in today's game.

madd rules and laws.

Like for example...

Rule 36: never cop a soft top.

Rule 22: you ain't never doing in in any entry class no matter what the badge is.

Rule 13: If you got wheels, 95% you gonna need drop too, or your car look like it got a fade with no blend.

Rule 6: Never cop a green whip.

Rule 13: If it ain't got leather, you shoulda saved your cheddar

Rule 42b. Moon roof (if available)

Rule 3. Manual (if available, if you can't drive stick, cut your dik off)

Rule 29: An infiniti is a cute nissan

Rule 30: A lexus is a cute toyota

dood for that 18k you threw away for a year, you could stack and find a decent 964 that appreciates and is considered one of the most influential cars of all time.

or you can ride in something that will be irrelevant in 4 years

Program is pretty cool but don't really care for Cadillac.

Would be awesome if other brands did similar stuff.

Vehicles aren't the best asset to own anyways. They depreciate way too fast and dont share the same benefits as real estate where the upgrades you add, help raise the overall value. IMO for the consumers making >100k this is a deal.

This probably won't even release outside of NY

Doubt there's that many people looking to spend $1500 a month on cadillacs

I'm pro-ownership, but this is the best leasing program that I've seen from any automaker. It's overpriced for the avg customer, but a steal for the rich since they are buying convenience and service, so it's a no brainer for them.

I wouldn't do it, but I hope other auto makers offer the same program in the non-luxury segments.
FCA would be crazy, hellcat and viper summers, pacifica vacations, and rubicon and power wagon ram winters

GM has changed the game with this program. I'll be waiting for the pre-owned subscription cars hit the used lot.

If I had the means to do so, I'd consider it. I don't think it's meant t o be a "deal" it's more about the convenience of being able to swap pretty much whenever you want and not worry about maintenance and such.

Can't wait until this starts February 2 ! Was currently looking into a leased 2017 ct6 but was worried about long term commitment with the lease. This is definitely a no brainer especially since I can switch out of different Cadillac's when I want ( Escalade, Ct6, Xt5, V-series). I don't have to be stuck in 1 car for 36months I can cancel my subscription anytime and join back again with a one time only joining fee of $500 !
