I hear people say jean jackets don't look right on bigger guys. If you wear a XXL should you be looking at a bomber instead?

they're more known as flight jackets though...when i hear a bomber jacket it's usually
where as a flight jacket got da flight tags that you're posed to "pull before flight" etc.

there's definitely some overlap there, a "flight jacket" covers different types from A-2 and G-1 (leathers posted above) to MA-1s (nylon) and CW-45s (MA-1 with a collar)

flight jacket is a more general term from my understanding
a bomber is determined by the silhouette not the material as their are leather bombers and nylon bombers and summer/winterweight bombers.

All I know is when you google bomber jacket the MA-1 styles appear. The black one I got my brother from gap was called "bomber jacket". That's pretty much the name for the MA-1 style here in Seattle

Not the one's i've had. Always had to wear a hoodie underneath and would still feel cold. Bomber jackets for me. That thing has me sweating

Mine isn't levi's brand but I have worn mine when it's been 40 degrees with a crewneck sweatshirt underneath and not felt cold.
