CLOSED, NEW THREAD OPENED

Cali is a smart state, they often refuse to publicly finance stadiums. Let NV taxpayers foot the bill....

Scrolling through my twitter feed and even seeing the subject line "Las Vegas Raiders" just sounds and looks weird AF to me :x

Draymond Green said fans shouldn't attend games in Oakland during their last couple of seasons here.

What's your twitter handle? I'm fairly active on twitter too. Not always a good thing though lol

I know the majority is against this. But the Raiders should leave town now. In my eyes they aren't welcomed in Oakland anymore. It's like most people said it's like someone getting a divorce after so many years and getting married to someone else and still saying hey I know we are divorced but I'm building a new home for myself and my new spouse and until it's ready you don't mind if I stay here in the mean time just because we had so many good times in the past. My reaction would've been get out and go find yo *** an apt or something

Going off of what I've been reading throughout social media, most are keeping their season tickets and are going to continue to support after they leave for LV. Most are hurt, but are still going to go to games and support the team no matter what.

If the 49ers ever left the bay I would stop being 49er fan.

I need that local connection, without that, it's pointless to me.

If they left I'd be in a state of deep depression.

After a few days of feelings and thoughts, the thing Im most mad/sad about is that they're leaving Cali. Ima California boy through and through and part of that was the Raiders being from here. Now it's Nevada's team and I'll feel like an outsider repping a team from another state

I agree. It's coming but eventually they will see us as outsiders as they make their claim. Not our team anymore. The concept of sports has always been community driven. We lost everything

I'm from Omaha, Nebraska and been doing that my whole life. There are no pro sports teams here. I'll always support the silver and black, but they will never be the same.

If McGloin gets signed it'll probably be after the draft.

City of Oakland is planning on taking legal action to get Raiders to pay the remaining debt on the Coliseum (roughly $90M)

Just found out Jerry Jones gets paid off the $100 deposit that some of are making for the Vegas stadium.

I feel sick.

It is, but I believe it goes towards the eventual PSL that has to be bought. So unless I intend to not go to Vegas it's gonna stay with Jerruh.

 I really wonder if MD is gonna make any money off anything.

That relocation fee is gonna cost them about $375M. Let's say he does that over 10 years that's $37M a year.

Then who knows what the BofA interest and loan bout to look like.

Then you find out these deposits are being split to who knows who else...

And now you got Oakland lookin for $90M

Apparently this is Oaklands finally strategy to try and get them to stay...not sure how that works, i guess put them in as much debt as possible where they reconsider. I guess desperate times calls for desperate measures

But I don't mean to get anyone's hopes up in here  that **** ain't workin.

mark is as stupid as they get. This was all personal for him. He doesn't know what he did. Without adelson and jones he gets no where. Mark wanted to show he was a big boy and did what he could to get a stadium. They are whoring that deposit email to anyone that's ever bought tickets. He will die in the next 40 years if not sooner (I mean look at him). Unless he gets some hooker pregnant in Vegas, he won't have any kids. Team will go to someone anyways. He ruined his legacy by ripping this team away from the core fanbase.
