CLOSED, NEW THREAD OPENED

U mean do I think AP has another run in him? Honestly I'm not sure. With our OL, anything is possible. I just don't know if I believe that for the running back position. Feel like once u fall off as a running back, that's it. There's not many redemption years for 30+ year old RBs. Dangelo Williams is the only one I can think of in the last 5 years.
Yes

, I'd rather Reggie give DJ a max contract

Come on AP. Tell your agent to pick up the phone and start talking a super team friendly deal.

So nice not operating under an air of desperation this time of year.

Would he nice if Latavius stays. Would he nice to sign AP.

If neither happen *shrugs*

don't see us spending a lot for a RB, ever since Reggie came he's gone after cheap vets and hit on late round/udfa rb's

Shelling out for AP wouldn't be smart. I like the young guys we hav right now. Draft another and let them compete...

I'm absolutely fine with signing AP to a short term, incentive heavy deal for good value.

The interesting thing about the ESPN report about AP being interested is that their were reports earlier that Reggie said he will not spend big on RB's and yet AP still said he's interested.

But it's easy to talk till you get offered hella money elsewhere

If it's a performance value deal and he signs is it still **** AP?

I'm all for growing who we have and spending thrifty but if AP still has juice and wants to prove anyone wrong i'm all for it.

 **** all that. Ap trynna get one last payday. Doubt he takes an incentive laced contract. Ap wants to get cashed out.

AP's ppl are using the raiders for leverage. A good, young team with a dominant oline with a lot of cap space who ALSO happen to be losing their starting rb.

For what's it's worth, every raider/Ap thing is being pushed by AP's ppl. Everyone associated with the raiders say they are not going to pay big money and are not particularly interested in AP. This is a leverage ploy by AP and his agents.

 I'm just entertaining the idea.

reggie should be smart enough not to let AP just cash out like that. incentive heavy deal is a must.

Coop, Crab and DJax would be :x

But i still want Christian McCaffery to be our Wes Welker or our version of Darren Sproles
