I never root against Brooklyn even though ggg is my favorite fighter.

Because the fight is an IBF title fight they have a Saturday morning weight check in which they cannot be above 170, so Jacobs can't really take too much advantage of the weight

I've always liked this IBF rule.

Probably his plan all along, and why they negotiated a 9 AM weigh in.
Ppl clown him about the Pirog fight, but he was having some success boxing before he got caught. Maybe he thinks the added weight going to help his punch resistance, but he's not going to last more than a couple RD's if plans to bang with GGG tonight.
