That interview is longer than he's gonna last in the ring if he fights ggg.

Not gonna watch 30 mins of billy hough yappin.. tldr?

Danny Jacobs gettin dropped by Sergio Mora was due more to carelessness though. For instance, I never question Pacman's chin, but carelessness got him slept.

•    Happy with everything that is being offered for a fight in KZ, buts wants everything signed in a week or so, or he’s going to move on.

That was Juan Marquez, who is a master counterpuncher and has been in the ring with Pacquiao for 42 rounds. Sergio Mora knocking down Danny Jacobs would be more comparable to Chris Algieri dropping Pacquiao.

Manny also got slept and Jacobs stood right back up.

I don't think one flash KD is an indicator of a weak "chin". He had just knocked the guy down and was chasing and got caught.

My point exactly. Weak chin isn't the only way to get KD or KO'd. Carelessness can play in it too.

That counter by jmm was the equivalent of a head on collision. You got one dude rushing in face first, and on the other side one guy loading up everythings hes got right into pacs face. Im sure that punch would've put most to sleep if it happened in that same scenario.

like who though?

i think canelo would win. I think canelo has better power then jacobs and the shots jacobs landed flush would be duplicated with more power by canelo

I think ward would beat him too but i also think ward is a top 3 lb for lb currently so idk if that is a knock on GGG

You sound like a Canelo stan, to say that Canelo could beat any legit Middleweight contender is laughable because he hasnt fought any

I swear this thread goes in waves sometimes. Name one legit MW Canelo has knocked out that is a puncher. I'll wait

Odd that so many people, casual or not, thought he was getting knocked out then.....

I honestly thought GGG would wear him down with the body work that I have seen him committ too. While Jacobs didnt hit him with a big shot GGG respected his power enough to where he didnt do the consistent body work that we normally see, . After the brutal bodywork Guys stop backpedaling as much and drop those hands none of which Jacobs was forced to do.

Jacobs fought a good fight and the fact he survived and made GGG work to adjust by doing things youve never seen him do is a testament to both guys

I actually don't like canelo at all. I am a GGG fan. But i also don't cape for another man. I am a casual boxing fan. The thought that people come in here and say "I think GGG won" "You are a GGG stan!!!" uh....no just giving my opinion on the fight.

I honestly think canelo can box very well. I think his win against cotto was a big win. Cotto had a lot of momentum going into that fight. And although i had him losing to Lara i think he fought well. Again i would love to see the fight and i would be rooting for GGG. But i wouldn't be surprised if Canelo was able to box his way to a decision. I also wouldn't be surprised if GGG knocked him out....but GGG knocking anyone out wouldn't be a surprise

De La Hoya: Chances for Canelo-GGG decreased after Golovkin’s latest performance

And so Oscar's shenanigans have begun.

Golovkin should fight Billy *** Saunders, rematch Jacobs (if Jacobs wins his next fight), and then make a superfight with somebody other than Canelo. Golovkin's legacy doesn't need Canelo in my opinion, he's better off moving up to super middleweight for a few superfights before calling it a career.

After that statement I'm now hoping more than ever that JCC Jr. either wins or makes Canelo look terrible in the process of losing.

Just watched the GGG-Jacobs fight, I don't know how some of ya thought Jacobs won. His head was snapping back all night, GGG beat him to the jab every time.

Jacobs had flurries, but not enough to win that fight in my opinion.

yah after watching that hd vid up top, I have GGG win but the knockdown definitely helped

with the crappy/laggy stream I had on Saturday, I had it for Jacobs slightly or a draw because I thought some of those combos by Jacobs connected and some of those jabs by GGG just hit gloves

I didnt base my statement off you thinking he won the fight it was the other things you said in your statement about Canelo vs GGG that made you sound like a Canelo stan. I take it your either new to this thread or missed the multiple pages of debate about GGG vs Canelo prior to the Jacobs fight.

I dont think anything was special about his win over Cotto who was clearly seaking another payday after his Sergio fight where he looked great against half a man.

Canelo has yet to beat legit middleweight was all I was getting at and saying he would beat GGG just seems farfetched.

After seeing this I have to agree that I dont think we a GGG vs Canelo fight. I feel like the Mexican style of fighting and brawling would really work against Canelo in a fight with GGG bc we all know if it turns into a slugfest we all know who would win and that in itself if why so many love Canelo its because of him being a puncher. I truly think that if JCC shows up to fight and makes Canelo fight and not box that its gon be a long night that might not work out for him. If JCC comes in in shape I dont see Canelo dropping him

I was def on the GGG bandwagon before the Jacobs fight. But after Kel Brook and Danny Jacobs I see some vulnerability there. If you can stay active and on your bike i think you have a chance. Jacobs even stood and traded and was backed on the ropes and survived (i wouldn't suggest doing that though obviously )

But opinions can differ.

Just saw Jacobs' interview on TMZ (somebody shared it on Facebook, homeboy is sounding foolish talking about the fight now.

Dude needs to accept the loss and keep it moving.

Haven't seen the video yet, however, I've seen ton of post fight vids from other boxers, media, fans etc....... he has lots of people who actually believed he won the fight.

does anyone have the GGG Jordan shirt?

How does it run? I usually wear a XL but that size is sold out.

I know JB ran HUGE back in the day, but I haven't bought anything from them in a minute.
