Makes more sense now. So HBO should be heated at both if Kovalev was supposed to be there for an interview during the Canelo/Chavez card.

So Kovalev or his team posted that video?

Crazy how this comes out when initially it was made to seem like Ward was the only one at fault when in reality Kovalev shouldve been there the day of the fight to shoot that.

The faceoff with Kellerman imo has only been good with Cotto and Margarito and part of that aside from the backstory was the fact it came on right after a big card. Im not going out of my way to watch that the next day after all the hype

both are to blame but at Kov for not being at that fight for the announcement

Kovalev is trying to psych out Ward by portraying the mild-mannered 33-year-old as a racist caricature who, in a faux text-message exchange, would type out “Oh my god n—a get off my d–k” and “hold this L f—-t cry baby,” only to send “Whats up Sergey.”

Kovalev has a pattern of using race-baiting or outright racist tactics to promote a fight. In 2015, he tweeted (and deleted) a photo of him pointing to a child’s T-shirt with an image of a gorilla and wrote “Adonis looks great!!!” — a reference to fighter Adonis Stevenson, who is black. He was accused of being racist in the run-up to his fight with Jean Pascal, who also is black.

, besides that puff piece that Egis and Main Events was behind, he's never really seemed like he cared.  I'm not saying he should be guilt ridden by it but there's no reason to make jokes about it even if the family is wrongly accusing you of his death. 

I always found it kind of funny that no one in the boxing media ever mentioned how his mother is still living like that despite Kov being what he is now. With the rumors about how a lot of Russian NHL players have been extorted by the Russian Mob over the years, it really makes you think about how much money he is actually seeing.

If Jr wants to keep boxing Jr has to leave a lot of things. He needs to change who he is completely. He can't keep going doing things his way, and not giving a ****. It's sad to say this but, when a person didn't give a ****, he's a **** up. Doesn't care about critics doesn't care about anything. It's been very difficult and very sad for me to see how your son MY sons don't wanna change, don't wanna learn that this is a profession where you must respect the public.
